The newly updated Intermediate Level 2 Gelato Course is an essential step for those who want to create original gelato recipes autonomously. Designed for participants who have completed Gelato Course Level 1 Carpigiani Gelato (CGU) or entrepreneurs with foundational gelato knowledge, this course focuses on refining product quality, expanding assortment, and personalising flavour creations.
The course develops your ability to balance milk-based and sorbet recipes from raw ingredients. You will gain an in-depth understanding of ingredient functionality and how each component contributes to gelato quality. The program also explores infusion techniques, artisanal yogurt production, yogurt gelato, and frozen yogurt.
