Complete your Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certification online with this nationally recognised unit: SITHFAB021 – Provide Responsible Service of Alcohol. This qualification is currently recognised in Western Australia, South Australia, Northern Territory, Queensland, the Australian Capital Territory and Tasmania.

After purchase, you will receive access to the online learning management system. From your enrolment date, you have 3 months and 3 attempts to successfully complete all assessments. Upon successful completion, you will receive a William Angliss Statement of Attainment for Skill Set SITSS00071.

If competency is not achieved after the third attempt, the unit will be archived and must be re-purchased. Extensions may be requested before the expiry date, provided regular progress has been made. Please note that refunds are not available once the unit has been assigned or commenced.
